BAHAYnihan: Rising Together Through Housing

Continuing the celebration of World Habitat Day and as part of Urban October, Habitat for Humanity Philippines and Habitat’s Terwilliger Center for Innovation in Shelter (TCIS), in partnership with University of Asia and the Pacific’s Center for Research and Communication, are hosting “BAHAYnihan: Rising Together through Housing” — an online forum that aims to build awareness of the housing needs of the country and the unserved population. Register to join leading experts for a thought-provoking discussion on tackling housing issues intensified by the COVID-19 pandemic and finding solutions to the Philippines’ increasing housing gap.

Happening on October 28, the forum will officially launch new housing reports commissioned by TCIS, entitled: (1) Clearing the Housing Backlog: An updated supply and demand study on unserved owner-driven construction segment in the Philippines, and (2) Impact of COVID-19 on the low-income housing market systems in the Philippines.
